Definition: ‘Return’ means an action of giving back the product ordered at www.kapilaapharmachem.com portal by the consumer. The following situations may arise which may cause the action of return of product:
The Goods are delivered are past or near to its expiry date (products with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry)
The Returns are not Subject to the Below Conditions:
Any wrong ordering of product
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.Note: If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged, the same may be returned for a replacement. You may raise a Return request with our customer care within 07 (Seven) days from the delivery of the product. Kapilaa Pharma Chem reserves the right to cancel the Return request, if the customer reaches out to Kapilaa Pharma Chem after 7 days of delivery.Upon receiving your Return/Refund request, Kapilaa Pharma Chem shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If we find that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process. We shall process the refund only once it has received the confirmation.In the event of frivolous and unjustified complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, We reserves the right to pursue necessary legal actions against you and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Kapilaa Pharma Chem in this regard.How to Return the Goods?:

After receiving your query we’ll verify the claim made by the customer and share the refund or return process/steps with the customer.
Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours and you’ll get into your account within 3-5 business days.
Returning Goods: You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.Exchange: Please verify that the correct product is ordered by checking your cart during checkout and your confirmation email. If we have sent you the wrong order or a different variant from what you ordered, we will exchange it. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
